• Our trained representatives will conduct group information meetings at your site. We'll provide information on how to use the Beniversal card, and on the types of expenses that are eligible for HRA reimbursement.
• We'll provide claim forms in case they're required to make a payment where MasterCard® is not accepted.
• We'll provide them the option of reimbursement via direct deposit into a bank account or by check.
