Anthony J. DiBarnaba, Co-founder and President
Tony founded Benefit Resource in 1993 with now-Vice President Tom Guiler. His entrepreneurial passion for innovation has driven Benefit Resource to a number of industry-leading products.
Prior to starting Benefit Resource, Tony and Tom co-owned Electronic Accounting Systems, a small payroll company that also offered flexible benefit plans. With 6,000 clients on their roster, they sold the company in 1991 to Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a major national payroll processing firm. Both men stayed with ADP for a year to train their staff in pre-tax benefits administration.
Prior to that, Tony spent 10 years as General Manager for Control Data Corporation, with overall responsibility for client payroll sales and operations for the firm's office in Rochester, New York.
Tony earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston College.

Thomas A. Guiler, CFC, Co-founder and Vice President
Tom founded Benefit Resource in 1993 with now-President Tony DiBarnaba. His focus on client needs and dedication to solving their problems through breakthrough processes sets the tone for all of Benefit Resource's professionals.
Tom is Certified in Flexible Compensation by ECFC, the Employer's Council on Flexible Compensation.

Andrew J. Musolino, MBA, CPP
Director of Sales
Andy joined Benefit Resource in 2000 and is responsible for developing and managing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients, as well as leading the Eastern U.S. sales and sales support efforts. His deep experience in human resources and payroll support is invaluable to both his sales professionals and the company’s clients.
Prior to joining Benefit Resource, Andy was District Vice President, Sales for Ceridian Corporation, where he spent more than 14 years. He also has held positions as Sales Manager for Oracle Corporation, responsible for human resource and payroll application sales and as National Account Manager for Integral Corporation, where he handled sales and support of the firm's HRMS software application, designed for human resource, benefits and payroll administration.
Andy earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Penn State and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also twice certified as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) through the American Payroll Association.

Mary Fleming, CFC, Operations Manager
Mary joined Benefit Resource in 1994. She is responsible for overseeing all phases of administrative operations relating to MIS systems, software, account(s) processing and product development. Her attention to detail means the firm's 150,000 participants receive their reimbursements on time and have their questions answered promptly.
Prior to joining Benefit Resource, she taught mathematics and computer programming at the high school level.
Mary is certified in Flexible Compensation by ECFC, the Employer's Council on Flexible Compensation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Houghton College and a master’s degree in mathematics education from Alfred University.

Charles Callahan, Chief Financial Officer
Chuck comes to Benefit Resource from Newtex Industries, Inc., here he was Vice President of Finance and CFO.
Chuck is also the former Vice President of Finance and CFO of World of Science, Inc. During his tenure there, the company enjoyed significant growth, expanding from a regional company with 250 employees to a national enterprise with more than 2,000 employees. Callahan managed the company’s successful initial public offering and its sale.
Prior to that, Chuck served as Controller for Bloch Industries, Inc., and MWI, Inc. and as a Supervising Senior in the Audit Department at KPMG, LLP.
He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and a 1971 graduate of Niagara University.

Ben Meyers, Information Technology Manager
Ben is responsible for the design and development of the Benefit Resource information technology support system as well as Internet and Voice Services for participant self service. He plays a significant role at the firm, where the vast majority of communication with employee participants takes place via the Web or automated phone calls.
Prior to joining Benefit Resource in 2004, Ben was VP of Technology at The Burke Group a provider of 401K administrative services. Before that, he was the President and CEO of Ross Technologies, a $20-million integrator of plant floor automation systems. He led the Rochester-based Ross through an employee stock option buyout.
Prior to Ross, Ben was Vice President of Technology at TPF, Inc. a pre-Internet startup created to provide online recruiting of technical and legal graduates for high tech industries.
He began his working career as a software researcher, designing solutions to overcome the increasing complexity of computer chip design.
Ben held research positions at IBM, Digital Equipment and Harris Corporation where he published several papers and was a frequent
conference speaker. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics, mathematics and computer science and a master’s degree in mathematics.
