Giovanna Donato-Reyes is the Director of Sales – East for Benefit Resource. Giovanna brings over 25 years of benefits industry experience to the team. She served the last 20 years exclusively in the third-party administration (TPA) space where she held sales leadership and operational leadership roles.
Prior to joining BRI, Giovanna worked for two mid-Atlantic TPAs – Hirsch Financial Services, Inc. (HFS) and Alliance Benefit Group (ABG).
Her time at HFS included building the COBRA division from the ground up, increasing operational efficiency for the pre-tax division and setting record sales numbers year after year.
Her time at ABG was spent exclusively in the large market and public sector division. She increased the sales revenue by 425% in 4 years.
Most recently Giovanna was the Regional Vice President of Sales for TASC where she managed a team of Regional Sales Directors covering the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and West Virginia territories.
Giovanna earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Stevenson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The University of Baltimore.
