ROCHESTER, NY, February 24, 2021 —Benefit Resource LLC (BRI), a leading provider of dedicated pre-tax account administration and COBRA services nationwide, announced the selection of Donna Maxwell as the company’s Chief People Officer. Maxwell is a value-driven culture and talent executive who brings more than 25 years of strategic HR leadership experience. Maxwell will report directly to BRI CEO Jason Hall.

Maxwell will oversee all human resources, organizational development, talent acquisition and diversity initiatives at BRI. She will be responsible for continuing to scale BRI’s expanding workforce and key growth activities.

Prior to BRI, Maxwell served in a variety of senior HR leadership positions with Monro, Inc., O-AT-KA Milk Products, Callero Software, Element K and Petco. Throughout Donna’s career, she has helped build organizations and teams, transformed cultures, and increased diversity through program development. Maxwell’s other achievements include serving on the Board of Directors for St. John’s Senior Living and the HR Advisory Council at Nazareth College.
