iPhones that have been updated to iOS 11 or iOS 11.0.1 bug fix: In some instances, the BRImobile app does not allow login.
In most cases uninstalling the app and re-installing appears to correct the problem.
There was some concern reported that there is no logout button in the app. While the app would automatically log you out when the phone locked or the app was closed, a logout button has been added to the bottom navigation of the app.

An issue was reported of the app crashing due to an incompatible memory handling error. A fix was implemented to address this issue. The fix also included an upgrade to ensure compatibility for iOS 6.0 which was released by Apple in Sept.

For clients that are transitioning from a Beniversal and eTRAC Card to a single Beniversal Card, the balances for mass transit and parking may not reflect the entire balance until the transition is complete.
