During the implementation process, we will discuss your communication and participation goals to provide you with a communication and marketing plan. This will consist of initial and ongoing communication efforts that will be used. Benefit Resource provides a variety of standard enrollment communication and education resources to help employees in the selection process including: presentations, education guides, calculators, decision-making tools and frequently asked questions. These resources can be accessed from this site or the Documents tab of the Secure BRiWeb Employer Login.
Benefit Resource is available for in-person and web-based training sessions.Trained representatives will conduct group and/or “one-on-one” employee meetings to coordinate and explain the program’s implementation. Sample program announcement pieces and enrollment materials will be provided. Additionally, we offer BRiEducation, a mobile optimized website aimed at increasing employee’s understanding of pre-tax benefits through the use of video, quick facts, dynamic FAQs and calculation resources.

- Beniversal Update: This monthly e-newsletter keeps clients informed on legislative developments, plan tips, new plan features, recommendations for participant communications and other important reminders.
- Beniversal Alerts and Notices: These time sensitive email communications will provide up-to-date information regarding legislative changes and features or processes impacting your program.
- BRiBlog: The BRiBlog is committed to providing information, feedback and insights regarding pre-tax benefit accounts.
- Documents and Resources: Through the Secure BRiWeb, clients and participants can access a variety of resources for their plans, including: forms, plan summary and sample employee handouts.
