Holland joined BRI in 2021 and oversees all participant-related operational teams, including Data Maintenance, Claims Processing, Card Services and our Participant Services contact center.
Prior to joining BRI, Holland held roles as North America and Global Operations Leader for various divisions at Nielsen, as well as Vice President of Operations and Panel at Harris Interactive. She is passionate about employee growth and empowerment and using data to devise solutions for operational efficiency and excellence.
Holland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Georgia Tech and a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
