What to Expect for Implementation

Review the timeline below for a high-level overview of how Implementation will work. Additional information on these items can be found in your migration overview email titled ‘ACTION REQUIRED: Important details regarding migration from Pro-flex to BRI.’ 

Step 1

Receive initial implementation Welcome Email

This email will be sent by noreply@m.clustmail.com with a subject of “Your Implementation with Benefit Resource, LLC”. Follow the instructions to access your pre-populated application.

Step 2

Confirm plan setup & submit application

The application will walk through how your plan is currently set-up and give you an option to make any updates for the upcoming plan year.

Step 3

Monitor status of your plan setup

Your Implementation Project Manager will reach out if there are any questions or clarifications needed. Your application link will remain active so you can monitor progress.

Step 4

Review of plan setups

An Implementation Project Manager will reach out to review the plan setup in the system.

Step 5

2024 enrollments entered

Your new plan year and open enrollment period will be managed through BRI.

Step 6

Plan Management begins with BRI

Effective day 1 of your new plan year, BRI will handle all administrative services.
