It is inevitable. You plan. You get things organized. You are ready for open enrollment. Then, some higher power makes a change. Well, yesterday, the IRS released another potential game changer. The current maximum IRS limit for a Medical FSA was increased from $2,500 to $2,550. While the change seems small in scope, there are many factors influencing a change and it requires quick reaction to ensure employees receive the full benefit for a calendar year plan.  So you have a decision.
