Nara Bennett, Head of Talent Acquisition
Since joining BRI in 2019, Nara has been responsible for creating the overall recruitment strategy and hiring top talent for the organization. She has experience in recruiting, corporate/executive search, organizational transformation, employment branding and strategic leadership. She is certified in Internet Recruiting Methodologies and Performance Based Hiring.
Prior to joining BRI, Nara worked in a variety of recruiting roles for companies such as HR Works, Bausch + Lomb, Xerox and Rochester Regional Health. Nara earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Penn State University.
