COVID-19 and BRI’s Commitment to Service

It is certainly a strange and difficult time as we all try to balance the current situations that COVID-19 presents. We have taken the necessary steps to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees while ensuring clients and participants have continuous support and regular access to accounts and benefits through Benefit Resource (BRI).

The following resources are available to simplify the participant experience:

  • Access Account Funds
    • Use the Beniversal Card to purchase medical expenses directly and receive instant access to account funds. Purchase vital health care expenses with FAST and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 through FSA Store. See their current deal.
    • Fast-track reimbursement requests: Follow our step-by-step walkthrough to see how easy it is to submit claims online or through BRiMobile. Claims submitted by mail or fax are likely to experience extended delays.
  • Account Management Through BRiWeb or the BRiMobile  app

Our COVID-19 Response Team and BRI leadership are actively monitoring the latest developments, assessing impact and taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety of team members, while providing continuous support for clients and participants during this challenging time.

At this time, we have ceased all corporate travel and in-person client meetings. Further, all BRI service team members have been instructed to work remotely. We will be operating in this manner until further notice as the health and safety of our team members is our number one priority. Like many companies, our team members are adapting to a new way of doing work, which often includes all aspects of life rolled into one. Every day gets a little easier, but we think it’s important to acknowledge this new reality. As we work to provide the highest level of service during this uncertain time, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Sincerely,
Your BRI Team
