BRI hosted a webinar, “Two Years Later: Lessons Learned from a Global Pandemic,” and a panel discussion with hosts Becky Seefeldt (BRI Vice President of Strategy) and Jeff Thoms (BRI CRO) along with guests Nance Lee Mosquera (City of St. Paul, Benefits Manager), Douglas Nagel (HUB International, Executive Vice President, Employee Benefits), and Bill Riegner (USI Insurance Services, Vice President, Employee Benefits).

Following the webinar, Alan Goforth shared his thoughts on the discussion with BenefitsPRO.

As communication about these programs increases, so does the perception that an organization provides good service and satisfaction for employees.
