Why can’t I finish registering?

If you are experiencing difficulty with registering, it may be because your phone number is not on file with us. The mobile phone number associated with your digital wallet must be on file with BRI to complete registration. You can add your phone number by logging in to your BRiWeb Participant account and editing your personal information.
