CHECK YOUR BALANCE ONLINE 

Log in to your account online through BRIWEB. Once you log in youaccounts will be listed on the navigation menu. Click the name of the plan to view the balance. 

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT? 

You can easily register for aaccount. Get started by visiting BenefitResource.com and clicking the “Login” button. Select “Employees.” A new page will open. Click on the “Register an Account” link. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your account and log in to see your balance. 

CHECK YOUR BALANCE ON THE APP 

Keep your accounts in your pocket with the BRIMOBILE app. After you log in to the app, click the name of the plan to view its balance. 

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP? 

You can download the app for free from Google Play or the App Store.

I HAVEN’T LOGGED IN BEFORE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?  

Use our step-by-step walk-throughwith visuals to set up your BRIMOBILE account. (The instructions for BRIMOBILE are about halfway down the walk-through page). 

You only need to set up your account and login information once. After that, you will be able to log in to your account with the new login information or passcode you set up to view balances, submit claims, and view past transactions. 

SIGN UP FOR BALANCE ALERTS 

You can quickly sign up to receive balance alerts on your mobile device or via email. Sign up for alerts two different ways: 

OPTION 1: BRIWEB 

Log in to your account on BRIWEB and click on your name in the navigation menu. Choose Notifications from the dropdown and enter the relevant contact information. To receive text updates, enter your mobile number. To receive email updates, enter your email. Once your contact information is added, go to SubscriptionsCheck the box of your preferred delivery method (email or text message). For regular balance alerts, check the box(es) next to “Monthly Account Balance Summary.”  

OPTION 2: BRIMOBILE 

Open BRIMOBILE and click Notifications. 

You will have the option to verify or provide an email address and/or mobile number and select the types of alerts you would like to receive.

QUICKBALANCE LINE 

BRIWEB and BRIMOBILE provide a detailed view of your account activity, but what if you need to check your balance and don’t have access to the internet? Get your balance over the phone in under a minute through our automated QuickBalance Line. 

  • STEP 1: Call (800) 473-9595.
  • STEP 2: Select the option from the prompts to hear your card balance
  • STEP 3: Provide your card number and CVV 

 That’s it! The automated system will read you the balance in your account(s).
