I forgot my Password – how do I get into my account?

Click “I Forgot my Password” on the Participant Login page and enter your Login ID. A temporary link to change your password will be sent to the email you have on file with us.

If you do not have an email address on file with us, please contact Participant Services at (800) 473-9595, Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm ET to have your password reset.
