What if my card is lost or stolen?

You can request a new card in under a minute by logging in to your account on BRIWeb and selecting the “Report Lost/Stolen” button in the Card Status section.

How to Login:

Login by selecting “Employees” from the dropdown menu under the yellow Login button on When you login, your account dashboard will show your name and a button that says “View Card Status.” This will take you to the Profile page with Login Information, Contact Information and Card Status. Click the Card Status section to expand it and select “Report Lost/Stolen”. A new card will be sent to you within 10-14 business days.

You can also call the Participant Services Team at (800) 473-9595, Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm (ET) to request a new card.

There is a fee associated with card replacement. Fee details are available in the Cardholder Agreement. A third party may opt to pay this fee on your behalf. Check with your plan administrator.
